The EFC executives are dedicated to raising the
standard of martial arts
You may ask, "How does an executive team take on the task of raising the
standards of the martial arts?" The answer is, through impact, influence and
determination. Other additional necessary qualities are marketing and public
relations skills.
The four executive team members have credentials in the martial arts field and
have owned, managed, consulted and been on the board of schools. They have
helped develop and cultivate hundreds upon hundreds of prominent schools.
Having been in the business of consulting martial arts schools for more than 40
years, EFC can proudly claim to be the most time-tested organization of its
kind in the field.
Keith and Debbie Thompson of Tristar Martial Arts Academy have this to say
about EFC: "EFC has been instrumental in the growth and success of our schools.
The networking and caliber of the martial arts professionals in EFC is second
to none. The EFC Executive Team has always done its utmost to help our schools
and are always there to guide us personally when we have questions about buying
property, investing, retirement, etc. We think being with EFC is one of the
smartest moves we have made."
Executive Agenda
Daily Four-Corners of the World Meeting. Every day the four executives have a
standing lunch meeting from 12:15-1:30 EST. These meetings are utilized to go
over the operations of international offices and the headquarters. The
executives discuss and strategize on a multiple of subjects: fine tuning EFC's
operations and procedures for running schools, methods for school owners to
secure their financial futures, training methods for staff, etc.
Upon working with EFC and associating with these executives and their life
work, it is likely that your own very life will begin to change. You will begin
to not only see your role as an instructor differently, but you will actually
begin to process your world differently. Many school owners become truly
happier with their lives, more inspired and more progressive in their outlook.
Here is what Greg Tearney of Greg Tearney's All American Martial Arts says, "EFC
has really impacted the well-being of so many martial artists. It's likely that
your association with EFC will make you become re-inspired about your life and
your dojo!"
